About Us

Logels Autoparts Kitchener

Logel’s Auto Parts is a family owned and operated Auto Recycling Facility in Kitchener, Ontario. Since Clarence Logel first opened our doors in 1959, we have committed ourselves to becoming the best option for automotive recycling in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and the surrounding area.

To become the number one automotive recycling facility in the region, we knew that we had to differentiate ourselves from the competition. After giving this some thought, we realized that the answer to this was at the core of Logel’s.

Community Involvement
Our entire team is committed to supporting the amazing community we’re so proud to be a part of. As a member of the Ontario Auto Recyclers Association (OARA) we participate in the annual Tire Take Back event. During this event we invite members of the community to drop off their used tires at our shop, and all recycling fees are donated to the Sunshine Foundation. Outside of OARA, we sponsor the annual LPGA tournament, the Grand River Bass Derby, and a local Drug & Addiction magazine that is distributed in the region.

Environmental Leaders
When it comes to environmental protection, we believe in being leaders in our community. As an automotive recycler, we are proud to say that 84% of a vehicles are materials are put towards building new products, including new vehicles. The best part about automotive recycling is that the number of vehicles that end up in landfill is significantly reduced. Our facility alone sees over 7000 vehicles pass through our doors each year! For the parts of the vehicle that can’t be recycled, follow government specifications for removing hazardous waste, such as oil and mercury. With every vehicle we work on, we take every measure possible to eliminate the chances of hazardous waste contaminating our environment.

Commitment to Customer Service
Since we opened in 1959, we’ve been committed to providing the best customer service experience to our customers. To do this, we designed our entire business around maximizing efficiency and organization. Our computerized inventory helps us to stay on top of our inventory, reduce waiting times, and allow our customers to search our products online. We also deliver any necessary parts right to our customer’s mechanics, saving them a trip to our shop and the inconveniece of transporting parts.

These three pillers, combined with an all-star team, are what have helped us stand out from the other automotive recyclers in Kitchener and area. We’ve love being our community’s go-to facility for automotive recycling for the past 55+ years, and we look forward being it for 55 more!
