Every new part made to OEM specifications that you purchase from Logel’s Auto Parts comes with a 1-year warranty. This warranty ensures that you are covered against any defects or malfunctions that may arise due to manufacturing errors or faulty materials. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your investment is protected.
Logel’s Standard 60-Day Warranty for Used Parts
Every used auto part from Logel’s comes standard with a 60-day warranty. This means you can shop with confidence knowing that if you encounter any issues with your purchase within 60 days, you can return the part with your receipt for an exchange or a hassle-free refund. It’s our way of ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. Remember, the 60-day warranty begins from the date of purchase, not installation.
Extended Warranty Packages for Used Auto Parts
For added protection, we offer optional extended warranty packages that can be purchased for used parts, including Gold, Gold Plus, and Platinum.
These extended warranties must be purchased at the time of your auto parts purchase. They offer additional peace of mind, ensuring you’re covered for the long haul. It’s important to note that these packages are not available for commercial vehicles and do not extend the return policy for non-defective parts.
Engine Warranties
When purchasing a used engine from Logel’s, expect coverage for internal components for 60 days. Automatic transmissions and rear-end assemblies are also covered for functionality during this period.
Accessory Warranties
While we don’t offer warranties on accessories like water pumps or timing belts, we do recommend checking these parts before installation, as they are not covered under warranty.
Turbocharger Warranty
For turbochargers, we guarantee freedom from manufacturer defects for one year from the sale date. However, specific maintenance requirements must be met to maintain warranty eligibility.
